A few things worth knowing
Yes. The free plan has no expiry. You get a widget that shows your current Google reviews as a snapshot. If you later want live sync, JSON-LD rich snippets or multiple widgets, you upgrade. If not, you don't.
Yes. Servers are in Germany, no personal visitor data is transferred. The widget only loads review data that is already publicly available on Google.
On all three and on anything else that accepts HTML. You get a small snippet, paste it once where you want the widget to appear. For WordPress there is also an official plugin.
On the paid plan: yes, the snapshot syncs on its own. On the free plan the widget stays at the state it had when you created it. If you get reviews regularly, you want the paid plan.
